3 amigurumi crochet crowns for special toy characters your kids will love
You’ve probably already searched for an instruction or tutorial how to make a small crown for a prince or princess. I even searched for a crown for a frog prince! Although there are many instructions for crocheting a crown, I will show you 3 types of crochet crowns that fit my toys.

I love it when I can make simple things a little bit fancier. And little royal crowns are exactly what dolls need and kids love. I use 3 types of crowns for my crochet toys because there is something different for each toy and the result is unique.
Mini crown for a princess
No question, there’s no princess without a crown, right? I like this particular crown because it’s small, but still has a lot of details. It has sharp spikes and in the center of each spike it looks like there’s a gem (or at least a place for a gem). And the best part is that just because it’s so small, it’s ready in half an hour, you can try to make it right now.
The crown for the princess is not just any ordinary crown, it’s a symbol of her royal status and importance. As the royal jeweler, you have been given the task to create a masterpiece that will adorn her head during grand events and ceremonies 🙂
But time is of the essence, as there is an important event coming up and the princess must have her crown ready. Don’t worry though, because with your skills and expertise, I am confident that you will be able to finish this task in no time.
So let’s get started! The materials needed are all laid out on your work table – bright yarn, intricate design, and hook as your sword.

Teeny tiny crown for The Frog Prince
Besides being really micro cute, this crochet crown is also practical. I use it for The Frog Prince because, from a practical standpoint, it has to fit between his eyes and there’s nothing you can do about it. But when I saw this crochet crown on his head, I knew it was the perfect solution. Not only does it fit snugly between his eyes, but it also adds an adorable touch to his outfit.
But what really sets this crochet crown apart is its intricate design. The delicate stitches and detailed patterns give off a regal feel, truly making your little amigurumi toy look like royalty, and this frog is asking for it . And with a variety of colors available, you can choose one that complements your toys’s unique needs. You don’t have to use bright yellow color, try violet, ar even a bright green for fun.
If the crown for the princess is done quickly, you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll snag this crown. My estimate is that you’ll have it ready in 15 minutes.
